Intensive Care plans

You have The Intensive Care Plan

4 month plan (16 weeks) offered through monthly subscription installments or 1 fixed payment. 
  • Up to 2 Barriers are Prioritized (meaning you will receive solution- focused feedback for the identified barrier).
  • 16 total sessions

  • 8 Live Strategy Sessions/calls (video or phone) up to 60 minutes each Bi-weekly.

    • In your Strategy Session you will identify the obstacle(s) to be addressed.  (1x bi-weekly, must be booked a minimum of 14 days apart.)

  • 8 Accountability Check-in Talks (phone) 15 min. each Bi-weekly

    • In your Accountability Check-in Talk (ACT) call is where your A.C.Tion is discussed and offers follow-up support between your strategy sessions. (1x bi-weekly, must be booked a minimum of 14 days apart.)

  • Unlimited Email/messaging Support (24/48 hr. business hour response time) 

 **Please review our policies and terms found in your intake/agreement paperwork. Consultation maintains the consultant as the subject matter expert. Services are Non-Refundable as information cannot be taken back.

Book your appointment.

Please choose the appointment type according to your plan. If applicable your A.C.T. (Accountability Check-In Talk 15min) calls should be booked behind your Strategy Sessions (60 min). Please choose “redeem” and use your certificate or email when submitting your appointment.

Now that you have booked your appointment don't forget to complete your pre-session check-in or if you’ve just finished a session complete your Take-Away & Action Plan worksheet it should take you no longer than 3-5 minutes  to complete.  If you haven't already take a moment and check out your thought sheets these are a collection of documents that I have personalized for your experience to ensure that we reach your goals in an accountable manner.
