Hello, I’m Dr. Mia and I am passionate about your process
I don’t take your time for granted, so let me tell who I am and if you feel like I can serve you than schedule a consult and go ahead and gain access to my free guide.
My name is Dr. Mia Carr and I am a licensed professional counselor and Mental Health Doctor turned Thought Consultant. I teach women the skills to cultivate resilience so that they are empowered to preserve themselves and have the peace they desire!
The thing that makes me qualified beyond the degrees, licenses and national certification is the reason that I am so passionate, which is that I am the example of the very people I help. It is taboo that professionals experience periods of anxiety, high stress, and even emotional discomfort, that leave them questioning their purpose. The fear, shame and guilt that comes with going through tough times especially when you may be seen as the pillar. I had to look hard in the mirror and remember that I am the change that will result in a difference. Helping others develop a progression mindset! I have an ability to be empathic toward people’s needs and guide them toward the shift they need in order to see the changes they desire.
Today, I control the HOW & the IMPACT. I control how I respond to situations & people and to what degree I allow it to impact me emotionally. My unique clinical background afforded me the skillset and resources to do this and NOW, I show up as a person that I like, I trust and will protect with everything in me—-and I have spent thousands of hours helping adults effectively manage inner-conflict, abandon anxious thinking, part ways with people pleasing and gain the emotional peace they crave in order to preserve themselves.
